Jason Cole

Jason Cole is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina (License # 11024). He received a B.S. in Psychology from The University of Pittsburgh in 2001 and an M.A. in Clinical Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2007.
During his career, he has over 16 years of counseling experience, serving as a clinical counselor in a therapeutic day school in the Chicago, IL area, and as an administrator and counselor at an international school in Germany. Prior to founding Reframe Counseling Services in 2019, Jason worked in private, outpatient counseling practice in Garner, NC. Jason enjoys working with clients to create and meet life goals through times of difficulty or uncertainty and has worked extensively in the areas of anger management, behavioral disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and depression. He is guided in both assessment and therapy by psychodynamic theories but has also learned to incorporate cognitive-behavioral interventions, family systems theories, and play therapy depending on the individual needs of his clients.
At Reframe Counseling Services, Jason looks forward to working with adults, children, and adolescents in individual sessions, family therapy, and sessions focused on parenting skills/strategies.
